Purpose of the Role

The role of Administrative Assistant is a key role for the Kynetec China office, processing daily administrative duties to a high level of accuracy. It may also, from time-time, require assisting project managers with projects, data processing and fieldwork administration.

Key Activities

  • Overall administration of the office records
  • Dealing with the clients/vendors invoicing and payments
  • Assistance of administration of travel arrangements for domestic and international staff, including visa requirements as and when required
  • Supporting the efficient running of the office housekeeping
  • Assisting with the office daily expenses
  • Assistance of the Company policies and benefits for the China office
  • Dealing with the IV fund handover
  • Assisting project managers with the project set-ups, fieldwork, and data processing

Technical Skills Required

  • Microsoft Office skills essential - competency in Word, Excel

Typical Education and Work Experience Required

  • At least intermediate level English-language competency
  • Good telephone, listening & communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to working and focus on achieving objectives
