We're hiring an HR Advisor - Language to implement a variety of human resources procedures and providing assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development. Main priority will be Belgium and France employees.

The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Key Activities

  • Deliver effective support to the Head of Global HR and the wider business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leave and compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks in performance management
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with the French/Dutch translations for contracts and payroll

Technical Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (HRMS)
  • Hands-on Advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Typical Education and Work Experience Required

  • Proven work experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
  • Knowledge of legislation
  • Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to design clear and fair company policies
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Preferably CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management
  • French or Dutch language skills
