Chief Operating Officer, Crop
Paul is responsible for managing the crop insights team of more than 400 research professionals, across 23 countries globally. He and his team are responsible for the crop subscription portfolio, which includes, at its core, our farmer panel “FarmTrak” in around 50 countries, and sigma which provides insights for global strategic decisions in crop protection and seed. His team also provide bespoke client-driven customer insights and analytics on business topics related to opportunity assessment, pricing, user experience, communication, concept testing, segmentation, branding, customer experience and channel & sales force.
Prior to joining Kynetec, Paul was the Chief Commercial Officer for a financial insights organisation “Consumer Intelligence”, where he led the client-facing arm of the business. He has more than 25 years’ experience within the field of data, insight and research, having spent the majority of his career at Nielsen. He is an international leader, having been responsible for managing market insights businesses across multiple countries in Western and Eastern Europe.
