Kynetec strengthens market insight and data analytics expertise in Australia with the acquisition of Neil Clark & Associates

Kynetec has completed the acquisition of Neil Clark & Associates, one of Australia’s most established providers of agribusiness data and business intelligence.

For more than 30 years, Neil Clark & Associates has been building, managing and mining large agriculture and animal health related databases. By identifying, extracting and analysing these data it has been able to provide historical, current and predictive views of the market that can in turn be integrated with client data to enable better business decisions.

As well as strengthening Kynetec’s data handling capabilities, this acquisition brings additional deep market expertise to Kynetec’s team, adding eight experienced professionals to its global team of around 400 market researchers, marketing scientists and data scientists.

James Finlay, former Managing Director at Neil Clark & Associates, will continue in a senior leadership role as part of Kynetec’s newest office in Australia. “Joining resources with Kynetec allows us to expand the scope of our data sets,” he said. “Our clients have relied on us for data and insights that deliver a competitive edge, and as Kynetec we will continue to provide the best possible service, allowing them to make intuitive, intelligent and transformational decisions. Kynetec will maintain the former Neil Clark & Associates premises located in Bendigo, Australia.
