Kynetec is excited to announce that Richard Jameson has joined the company’s leadership team as Executive Director of Global Customer Insights. This is a crucial new role created to reflect Kynetec’s recently expanded custom research capabilities following the acquisition of Ipsos Agriculture and Animal Health in North America as well as its continued growth globally.
Jameson brings more than 25 years of experience in the market research sector and has an in-depth understanding of research agency leadership, having previously led the UK and North European businesses within GfK Consumer Experiences. He is especially focused on creating a customer-focused culture, harnessing client-led innovation, and providing solutions for the complex information needs of specialist markets.
“This wealth of experience makes Richard an excellent fit for Kynetec, helping our whole custom team grow, innovate, justify investment and further solidify our global leading position,” CEO Stephen Hearn said. In addition to Jameson’s duties regarding global custom research, he will use his considerable experience to support the business’s development of digital research techniques and integration of survey research with other behavioral data streams, reflecting changing client needs.
